Course Announcement #1

The sold out, Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain course returns in September.

I have been able to book Bill to present his trigger point course on September 27.
Register for the Trigger Point Course Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain with William N. Huhn This workshop covers information on myofascial trigger points and how they play a role in acute and chronic pain issues. Trigger points will affect muscles in the sedentary or athletic body and can cause a considerable amount of long term misery if you are unfamiliar with their behavior and how to remove them. The objective here is to focus some light on myofascial pain and a type of bodywork that has been overlooked and misunderstood for far too long, especially in the fitness arena. Please note the hands-on course is limited to those that have taken the Understanding Trigger Points to Overcome Pain course.
